Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GrowthAutomations Notary, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

GrowthAutomations Notary provides notary public services, mobile notary services, loan signing agent services, and apostille processing services in the state of California. All notarizations are performed in compliance with California Government Code and applicable state regulations.

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide valid, unexpired government-issued identification
• Appear in person for all notarizations (as required by California law)
• Ensure all documents presented for notarization are complete and accurate
• Pay all applicable fees at the time of service

Fees and Payment

Service fees are as listed on our pricing page. Fees for mobile notary services include travel within Los Angeles County. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellation of mobile notary appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Limitations

Notary public services are limited to the acts authorized by California law. A notary public cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or determine the legality of any document presented for notarization.

Liability

GrowthAutomations Notary maintains Errors and Omissions insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for the content or enforceability of documents presented for notarization.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
